Before reporting a new problem please run WPrinter in the "log". To do so, exit out WPrinter and re-start it using "WPrinter Pro 3.0 (with log)" shortcut located in the WPrinter group.

After reproducing the problem, include a zipped copy of WPrinter.txt file located in the WPrinter installation folder. If you have any problems following these instructions, please contact us at support@usysware.com .
